Candidate-reported interview process

The initial chat was really nice and felt like a conversation. I ran into some tech problems during the interview, and the interviewer was super cool about it, which I really appreciated. It took a bit for the team to let me know about the next steps, but overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process involved 5-6 rounds, culminating in a final onsite interview. While everyone was pleasant and helpful, the number of rounds felt excessive, especially since this was the only company that required five technical rounds.

An HR person hit me up on LinkedIn. We then set up 3 interview rounds happening on separate days. The interviews included 1 DS/Algo round, 1 System design round, and a Hiring Manager round. The questions were of average difficulty.
