Aerospike Interview Questions

The initial chat was really nice and felt like a conversation. I ran into some tech problems during the interview, and the interviewer was super cool about it, which I really appreciated. It took a bit for the team to let me know about the next steps, but overall, it was a good experience.

The interview process involved 5-6 rounds, culminating in a final onsite interview. While everyone was pleasant and helpful, the number of rounds felt excessive, especially since this was the only company that required five technical rounds.

I had 6 rounds of interviews. The various rounds gave me exposure to leaders who shared company growth and insights. They also shared their experiences and requirements about past experiences and career growth, and discussed HR projects, team collaboration, and employee experience.
