Candidate-reported interview process

I had one interview with the department. It was mostly behavioral questions and lasted about 45-60 minutes. I got an offer about 2 weeks after. It was a good experience, and they were happy to chat about what it's like working there and what they'd expect from the internship.

I met the Aera people at a career fair at Penn State. They seemed really nice and took my resume. They called me that same night to see if I could interview in the morning. They told me I'd get an email with the results in a few weeks but I never heard back after the interview. It's been a year now. I saw one of the interviewers at ATCE New Orleans last year and found out I didn't get the job.

They came to the college and basically talked about the company's work culture and how much they focus on community involvement. I would suggest that you mention your volunteer skills in your resume because they really care about that sort of stuff. The lady from HR basically told us what they expect from their workers and very helpful in the interview process.
