I went through 5 rounds of interviews with the company. They asked me a variety of questions, some of which were difficult and a bit hard. There was a final HR round where they inquired about many things.
Had a phone screen then a 30 min in person at the Bakersfield headquarters. They asked me a bunch of scripted questions, mostly standard behavioral ones, not too technical.
They evaluated candidates on their understanding of requirement gathering, databases, and documentation. They also asked candidates to present current and future workflows. Essentially, they covered all aspects relevant to a Business Analyst, with a specific emphasis on technical knowledge within the oil and gas industry.
