First round was a skype interview, then a group interview. It was pretty simple and gave a lot of info. After that, I was called back for a second 1 on 1 interview where they mostly asked about me and I had to give a short teaching presentation.
The process involved a seminar, a quick grammar check, a mini teaching demo, and a one-on-one chat. It felt very professional. Be prepared because they expect you to have done your research. They give clear, simple instructions. The interviewers were nice and seemed to quickly connect with candidates who were genuinely enthusiastic about teaching and not just about Japan.
Had a quick online interview first, then went to an in-person group meeting that lasted a few hours. The interviewers were tough and only picked candidates who showed great presentation skills and could handle the simulations they threw at them.
