The interview process started with a brief phone call with HR. Then, there was a timed test assessment in STATA focusing on research and analysis skills. This was followed by a 1-hour interview with the manager. Finally, there were 4 separate Zoom calls with 4-6 team members.
I had a phone interview. It was quick and friendly, and the interviewer made me feel comfortable. All the questions found on this site were asked.
It was 5 rounds, mostly behavioral interviews. The first interview was with HR, followed by a meeting with the program manager. Then I met with another research associate. After that, there were some written assessments, though these might not be necessary depending on the scholars. The final stages involved meeting with the head of the department and then with the scholars. It's important to be familiar with the scholars' work.
