Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was very straightforward and everyone was friendly and transparent. The culture really stood out. It started with a phone screening, then a Zoom meeting, followed by an in-person meeting with two people, and concluded with a final interview with the director of sales. Even with the holiday season, the entire process from interview to offer took about a month, which was pretty smooth.

The interview process was really smooth and everyone was friendly! While I didn't get the job, I had a good experience and would recommend it to others. They're good at explaining the role and answering questions.

The first step was a phone screen with the recruiter. We went over the details of the job and the pay. I shared my background and what I'm hoping for in my next job.
