The interview process was very straightforward and everyone was friendly and transparent. The culture really stood out. It started with a phone screening, then a Zoom meeting, followed by an in-person meeting with two people, and concluded with a final interview with the director of sales. Even with the holiday season, the entire process from interview to offer took about a month, which was pretty smooth.
The interview process was really smooth and everyone was friendly! While I didn't get the job, I had a good experience and would recommend it to others. They're good at explaining the role and answering questions.
I had a phone screen and then met with a branch manager. After that, I went onsite and met with three team members. Then, I did a job shadow with a team member, which was really helpful. I was impressed by their skills and how many ways the team finds candidates and clients.
