I went through three rounds of interviews, with the final one being a technical interview. They didn't give me any heads-up about this and never got back to me after I emailed the hiring manager.
The interview lasted about an hour, and it was a really pleasant and comfortable experience. I felt welcome throughout and it felt like a professional conversation. They started by introducing the company, then asked about my expectations and knowledge of the entertainment and sports industry, and what I hoped to learn.
I was first contacted by email to set up a phone interview, as I wasn't living nearby to come in for an in-person meeting. We traded emails and arranged a time and date for the phone interview. After it was done, I was told a decision would be made in the next few weeks.
