I was interviewed and talked about two different positions, but neither job was ever filled as far as I could tell. There was no real conclusion, and I just moved on. The culture is casual and the interview style was informal. It included a number of questions over email and phone as well as in person. I did not go through any initial HR process.
The interview process involved two stages: an initial chat with HR and a subsequent meeting with the Department VP. Both conversations were very laid-back and informal, allowing me to freely discuss my background and inquire about the role.
They had a phone interview first, then a virtual one, and then a design challenge. It wasn't too tough and they let me talk about my work and told me about their company.
