Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter was late for the online meeting and seemed uninterested, distracted, and was sitting on a couch during the call. This gave a bad impression as the recruiter is the first point of contact for the company.

First, there was an initial online interview with the recruiter. After that, they let me know if I was moving forward or not.

This was a fantastic interview process, very thorough and detailed. Leadership in the US is careful about who they extend an offer to and hope they are going in the right direction. The job is located in SF, so I couldn't relocate.
