So, the interview process involved two rounds. The first was with HR, and the second was a panel interview where I had to do a case study presentation. I'm not entirely sure what they were looking for with the case study slides, but be ready to discuss your experience and your reasons for wanting to work at Adyen, connecting it back to their formula.
The recruiter was unprepared and lacked empathy. They laughed at some parts of my story and never gave me feedback on why I wasn't selected for the role. It was frustrating. To make matters worse, only one of them spoke English, and the other had to translate.
Standard HR screening. They really care about their corporate "formula" so be ready to choose one you like best before the interview. They ghosted me and wouldn't give feedback even when I asked, which I thought was unprofessional.
