Candidate-reported interview process

I applied through LinkedIn and even though the opening had been up for a few days, I got a really fast reply. The recruiter was super responsive and set up the initial call for the next few days. The whole process moved really quickly.

This role had 5 rounds, which felt like a lot for what it is. They didn't give much feedback and it felt like they ghosted after the 4th round. There was a presentation that required a good chunk of time to put together.

The first step was a video interview where questions were presented and I gave the answers. After 15 days, they scheduled a Skype interview. Everything was in English. After that, contact completely stopped. I tried to reach out by email to ask about the progress, but they didn't even bother to reply. I thought I would be treated better by a company that claims to be modern and seems like a startup.
