The interview process was really good and quite long, but each step felt like it was designed to check a different part of my experience. Fiona kept me updated throughout, called after interviews, gave feedback, and even met me on-site for my interview. It was a very welcoming experience, everyone was great, and I really enjoyed it. The interview process at Adyen is pretty thorough and has many steps, ending with a chat with someone from the board. What was really cool was their strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, which seems to be a big part of their culture. It definitely takes time, but it shows they're serious about hiring the right people.
It went well and the recruiter made me feel comfortable even explained in brief about how the company works and what they are looking for.She was empathetic ,direct, thorough at the same time
