Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward and well organized. An HR rep followed up, there were team meetings and feedback. It was fast-paced, honesty first and targeted. I didn't get to the end of the process. It would have been better to know the time-line from the beginning.

First interview done, the second was a case study in English where I felt like there was only one 'right' way to answer and they didn't really want to assess the approach.

This was hands down the best recruitment process I’ve experienced. It was longer than most, with five rounds in total. The best part was getting to meet many people I would potentially work with and learn so much about the team and projects. The recruiter was also a huge plus, as she was incredibly informative, responsive, and always kept in touch.
