Candidate-reported interview process
It was a pretty long process, with several stages. From what I understood, there were 5 conversations in total. One of them involved a case study. The whole process is in English. Only the very first contact from HR was in Portuguese; after that, everything is in English.
Had a good experience, the screening call with the HR team was well conducted and clarified a lot of doubts. Adyen is in a period of strong expansion and Brazil has good representation in the business, as does Mexico.
The interview process with the managers was disorganized and seemed like a way to extract strategy ideas without compensation. I think they have significant organizational issues that need a major overhaul.
