Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a 30-min chat with the TA manager on the phone. Then, had a 45-min Zoom with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was another 45-min Zoom with a senior lead. The next step was a case study: got a 3-page case study (with some errors in it) and had to prep a 1-slide deck to present to a panel of 3 people, including the hiring manager. Finally, I presented for 40 mins and then did Q&A for 20 mins.

This company isn't really looking for you or how qualified you are. You just need to spend the entire time talking about how awesome Adyen is to do well. The talent/HR team is a mess and unprofessional, and you might wait weeks to hear back from them.

The process was transparent and they clearly set expectations about the role after the first interview. Knowing about the 'adyen formula' was valuable. It seems like a company worth applying to, even though I didn't get the job. It looks like a great place to work.
