Candidate-reported interview process

Had a very short interview with HR. She asked only a few questions. I was ready for it because I read about Adyen Products and Adyen formula. HR asked why Adyen, why Amsterdam, and about my tech-stack. I'm not sure how they choose candidates with just these 3 questions.

First, there was a 30-minute zoom call with two java developers where we talked about my motivation to join Adyen, relocating to Amsterdam, and my current role. Then, I did a 2-hour Codility test with 2 Java and 1 SQL coding challenges. After that, a 1-hour technical zoom interview where we discussed my Codility solutions and my past experience and challenges. Next, I had a 30-minute chat with the Head of Development about my motivation for moving to Amsterdam and joining Adyen. Finally, I flew to Amsterdam for the final interviews, with Adyen covering my flight and accommodation. I had lunch at their office and then interviewed with two senior developers and the CTO.

I applied for a Java BackEnd Developer role at Glassdoor, and thankfully, the company responded. We had a chat with two friendly people. During the interview, they asked me questions about my motivation for moving to the Netherlands, my interest in working for their company, and my knowledge of Adyen. The interview went well, and they were supposed to send me an assignment. We were also supposed to discuss the assignment and some technical questions. However, they never sent the assignment, even after I emailed Adyen. I didn't get a response and I don't understand what happened.
