Candidate-reported interview process

The application process was very well organized and enjoyable. There were reviews and discussions. Everyone was really nice and the conversations went beyond just the job; they seemed genuinely interested in me as a person.

I had really good conversations with the Adyen team. They looked at more than just my skills, also checking if I'd be a good cultural fit, which is something others could learn from.

It was a smooth process, starting with a more informal chat about culture and background, followed by a deeper interview. This second part involved a technical assessment with a case study presentation and a discussion about soft skills.
