Candidate-reported interview process

First, you'll chat with a recruiter online for about 30 minutes. If that goes well, you'll have a second online interview with the hiring manager, also for 30 minutes. If you pass those, you'll need to complete an assignment related to the role before moving on to the next step.

Roughly five interviews, some virtual, some in person. Talked to the recruiter, team leads, head of account management, and even some C-level folks. They really cared about if I'd fit in with the team. It was a mix of talking about past experiences and giving a presentation.

Submitted an application and was sent a link for a 15 min phone call. The recruiter called 10 min early but I missed it. He didn't call back, leave a message, or answer when I tried to call him. It feels like they don't care and just make a lot of calls until they find someone.
