Candidate-reported interview process

The experience was professional and well-organized. Communication was clear and timely. The interviewers seemed well-prepared. Overall, the process felt reliable and structured.

First, there was a recruiter phone screen. Then, a hiring manager video call. After that, a take-home case study. If they liked the case study, they'd bring you in for a panel interview.

It was a really long process and they didn't tell me everything I needed to know about the job. A lot of jobs require overtime and being in the office daily, but this wasn't mentioned at all during the interviews.
