Candidate-reported interview process

There are many steps: HR, your potential leadership, a business case with your peers, the Head of the Area, and the Regional VP. Not that hard, but it is extremely long.

It's a pretty long interview process, about 5 steps. You'll meet with different team members and there's a case study at the end. But it moves really quickly since they want to wrap things up in about 2 weeks.

It was not super hard. Just make sure you know the company and the role well. They will ask about your past experience and what you did in previous roles. Then they will go deep into your previous work.
