Adyen Account Executive interviews, decoded.

The interview process began with an HR screening, followed by a meeting with the Hiring Manager. Next, there was a peer round to assess culture and fit. This was followed by a business case presentation involving the hiring manager, a senior peer, and someone from an adjacent department. Finally, there were one to two rounds with Senior Management.

I went through four steps for this job, and it was a really good experience overall. The people I met were awesome, super professional and made me feel welcome. The only thing I thought was a bit off was how they decided who to hire. It seemed like a lot of people had a say, not just the main manager, which could be a problem if someone really liked me but one other person didn't, you know? It might mess things up. A simpler way to decide might help them find the best person.

Very pleasant interview. Even though it didn't work out, they provided detailed feedback that I used for subsequent interviews. The process has 4 rounds and I made it to the final round.
