Candidate-reported interview process

The interview included typical character questions, and the manager was easygoing, which made the experience feel less pressuring. I was invited to shadow shortly after to get my own opinion and feel for the workplace.

The first interview went well. I talked to a staffing person and answered some questions. Now I have an in-person interview scheduled with the manager.

The interview process was straightforward. The managers were easy to communicate with over the phone. They inquired about my current yearly salary. I also had an in-person interview with a peer RN.
