The interview included typical character questions, and the manager was easygoing, which made the experience feel less pressuring. I was invited to shadow shortly after to get my own opinion and feel for the workplace.
Had a phone screen first. Then a Teams chat with two managers. The last interview was with the VP. It was all pretty chill, like a conversation, not too fast and not too deep. They answered all my questions.
