The interviews were thorough and comfortable. The first interview was over the phone, and the second was virtual through WebEX. The process was a little lengthy; I was offered a position in August but did not start until October.
I got an automated email from a recruiter to schedule a call. We talked for about 20 minutes about my past work, and she sent it to the hiring manager. They set up a Teams meeting for the next week with the hiring manager. I didn't hear anything for three weeks, then got an email saying I didn't get the job. At least they told me, which is better than some companies.
I had two interviews. The first was with HR and was very short, about 5 minutes. Then I had a second interview with the direct manager and an educator, which lasted about 30 minutes. The recruiter and I had good communication.
