It was a pretty standard interview process for a nursing unit. Since I had relevant experience and knowledge for the role, I felt confident rather than nervous. They asked questions about my past experiences and hypothetical scenarios.

The interview process was super fast and went smoothly! It kicked off with a quick phone chat about my past work and why I was interested in this company. This call with the recruiter was about 10-15 minutes, and then we scheduled the next interview with the ER Director. That second chat lasted about 30 minutes and covered some standard questions related to the job I applied for. It was a really relaxed and comfortable conversation with the Director! She seemed really nice and knew her stuff. I got to ask some questions at the end. She mentioned I'd hear back in a few days about what's next, and I actually got a call a few hours later with an offer.
