The interview involves a detailed discussion about your experience with patients and the specific tasks required for the role. They also inquired about your scheduling preferences and availability to work. A minimum of one year of experience is necessary.
I met with several leaders during the process. They clearly outlined the timeline and what to expect. Throughout the process, communication was great, and I really liked having one HR person to help me out.
It was a meet and greet. I met with managers from different units individually. We talked about my interests and what they were looking for. They had openings on Med-Surg and PCU floors. If we were both interested, they offered me a job.
