AdventHealth Orlando Nurse interviews, decoded.

I interviewed at a hiring event they were hosting. I had to wait a bit, but it was a pretty standard wait time. Given the nature of the role, I was asked mostly behavioral questions to see if I could handle the demands of the job. Nothing too out of the ordinary.

It was a panel interview for the pediatric new grad residency program. Managers from various units asked different questions. The process was quite straightforward, and all the managers were very friendly and considerate of the new graduate experience.

I interviewed when AdventHealth came to my University. The program manager and Altomonte's team leader interviewed me. They were both really nice and knowledgeable. They asked me questions about how I function in team environments and about instances where I've overcome challenges. They were particularly interested in my experience with diverse clients.
