It was really easy; all you have to do is be honest and remember the Advent Health codes and core value. My interviewer was very kind and also will find you a perfect shift for you to volunteer at.
A recruiter reached out and did a pre-screen with me. After that, the recruiter put me in for the role. My first interview with Advent Health was a one-on-one with the hiring manager over video chat.
The interview process was great. They used the STAR method for questions. The questions were straightforward. They ranged from why I wanted to work with the company to situational questions. The interview was conducted over Teams with two supervisors.
