Advantest Field / Application Engineer interviews, decoded.

I scheduled an interview through Almalaurea. I was contacted again to schedule an interview, I found great professionalism, humanity, availability, and flexibility in scheduling the interview date. It was an absolutely positive experience, the role they were looking for was illustrated to me with great enthusiasm.

We spoke about my past work history and duties and how those would tie into the role if I were to join. The whole thing was done over three rounds and took up a lot of time. All of the interviews were done on site and the questions they asked were pretty much what I expected. Each interview had just one manager or director.

I submitted my application and got a call back within two weeks. The first round was entirely technical, done online. Then there was an HR round, and finally, an onsite interview with some senior people and the team.
