Candidate-reported interview process

I put in my application online and a recruiter reached out within about a week. I set up a meeting with the hiring manager and the quality manager for the following week. The interview wasn't too challenging. They were mainly interested in my background and how it would fit the job.

So, the recruiter was kinda unprofessional. I couldn't make the interview time they set 'cause I had a meeting. Then, they just canceled the whole thing, saying the hiring manager wasn't available. No chance to reschedule or anything.

It started with a phone screen asking basic background and resume questions, along with simple programming concepts like stack vs. heap and multithreading. The second interview was tough, a panel with a first round for background and a simple Python coding question. The second part of that interview was in C++ and much more intense, needing you to build a project from scratch. The interviewer was really unhelpful, just pointing to the problem description in the chat when asked questions, and clearly annoyed by them.
