Candidate-reported interview process

We had 3 rounds in total. The first one was with human ressources, it was mostly about fit. The second round was with a manager, and it included fit questions and a case study. The third round was with a partner, and it also included fit and a case study. Each round lasted about an hour.

The interview was onsite. It included a 30-minute behaviour interview with the HR manager and then a 30-minute written case test. The behaviour questions were pretty basic. They asked about my past internships at other consulting firms and my expectations for the job. The written test was a profitable case. They gave me a laptop and the case materials were in an excel file. I had to write my answer and show my calculations on a new sheet.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first two were tough but enjoyable. The last one, with the partner, was intense and nerve-wracking as they really pushed me to identify the root causes of everything I discussed. Still, I genuinely enjoyed the overall interview experience.
