I had an interview with a consultant then a senior consultant. It was a market sizing m&a case. The interviewer got really impatient during the case and asked a lot of brainstorming questions that seemed open-ended but they actually had a specific answer in mind. If you prioritize it wrongly or don't agree with the interviewer, you're out. It was a very unpleasant experience.
First HR interview, very standard, with questions about my resume and my motivations for consulting and for Advancy. If not selected, feedback is very vague. Need to really have my speech ready about motivations (if any, given the scary Glassdoor comments).
I had a 50-minute first round interview with a consultant. It was pretty standard, covering motivation questions, and then a case study about profit improvement that wasn't too hard - just make sure you know business terms and can do quick math in your head (no calculator). Also, be ready to go through your whole CV logically.
