The interview process kicks off with an English proficiency test, though you can skip it if you have a valid TOEIC or TOEFL score, and a logical reasoning test. After that, you'll have a chat with HR in a small room. Once HR is done, two supervisors will interview you together. There might be a surprise English interview too.
After you register, you'll first take some exams, which include a Chinese logic test and professional subject exams. After the exams, there will be two interviews. First, you'll interview with the supervisor, and then you'll have an interview with the HR department.
The interview was on-site. First, I took a TOEIC test with 50 questions. Then, I met with the supervisor for an interview. They asked if I knew what the company does.
