I had one interview round with each of the managers via zoom. They wanted to know if I was a good fit personality-wise. It was a quick and easy process, and they didn't ask too many questions.
So the interview process basically involves understanding the semiconductor industry and the whole semiconductor ecosystem. You really need to know about should-cost modeling, the RFQ process, how to negotiate contracts, and how to create a long-term business plan. It's also important that you can work with people both inside and outside the company to win business.
The interview was pretty simple and lasted about 15 minutes. There were two people interviewing me, the manager and an engineer. They mainly asked about my background and what I know about the company.
