Advanced Energy Interview Questions

I have an interview next week, so I need to prepare for it. Most coding questions. I need to know what type of questions they will ask me? which programming language that I need to focus on?

Super organized, they actually share their process upfront in the first interview. I'm liking it so far. The recruiters were really helpful and worked with me on scheduling.

I interviewed 3 times for Advanced Energy, with one in-person and two remote interviews. Unfortunately, none of these resulted in a callback or an email update about my application status. I had to follow up multiple times, and even reach out to other HR personnel to get a response. This experience has felt very dismissive each time, which is really not okay. It would be great to at least get a call, email, or text letting candidates know they aren't moving forward. I won't be applying again because this pattern shows a lack of care and respect from AE.
