First, I had a call with HR. They asked about my background and experience and also asked some questions to check if I'm a good fit for the job. Then, I had a second call with the supervisor for the position.
The interview process went very smooth, got to meet the lead guys for each division and learn about all sides of the company. Overall process took roughly a month having 3 different interview stages.
It was a thorough interview process, took a little over a month. Started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by virtual onsite interviews with leaders. Finally, I did an assessment. Some found it to be a lot, but I appreciated that they wanted to ensure we were good fits. They made time to answer my questions to ensure the company was a good fit for me and showed interest in my career goals.
