The interview process was pretty standard and straightforward. They didn't waste my time and gave me a good overview of ADS and their mission, plus details about the role itself. Then we got into the interview questions. We concluded that I might not be the perfect fit for this specific role at this moment, but they said I'd be welcome to reapply in the future if I gained more experience.
Recruiter emailed to schedule a phone screen. I reached out to the recruiter after the initial timeline for results passed. Was told I was still in the running and would be informed... then got ghosted. Makes no sense, just tell me I didn't get it.
It started with an HR phone interview. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager and her boss. After the video interview, they informed me that they were moving forward with other candidates.
