Advanced Cooling Technologies Research Engineer interviews, decoded.

They asked me to prep some slides for the interview, and then I presented my PhD research to three interviewers. They wanted to understand my research, especially my work on thermal fluid research.

I had to present my PhD research. There were 3 interviewers and they all asked questions after my presentation. It seemed like they were looking for someone with a focus on thermal fluids.

It was a phone interview on MS teams with four interviewers: one manager, two lead engineers, and one R&D engineer III. First, I was asked to ask them a question, then the manager asked me a question. After that, I started a presentation of my research. Once I finished, I was asked several questions. Two people left for another meeting midway. There were no questions on fundamentals, just one question on my presentation since there wasn't much time left when I finished. No onsite interview followed.
