Aduro Advisors Financial Controller interviews, decoded.

The interview process was a great experience. The team at Aduro was responsive throughout and there was very little time between interviews. The entire process took about a week. The process consisted of three interviews, first with a Recruiting Specialist, next a Senior Controller, and finally a third interview with a Director. After the initial call with the Recruiting Specialist, I was given a case study with about 10 situational questions to complete.

This was the best interview process I’ve been through. I spoke with three wonderful people and completed a case study over the course of a week, and felt welcome in every step of the way. Their recruiters were very transparent on the upcoming steps and the scope of each interview. Received an offer the day after my final interview. I can’t wait to get started!
