Candidate-reported interview process

Before the phone screen, Audro Asks you to fill out a PDF and do some simple tasks, testing your attention to detail. Phone Screen followed by a group interview. Essentially testing collaboration, asking questions, and how you think.

First interview is basic questions about your background. Second interview is a case study you submit in Word. Third interview is with a controller and about 5-7 other people where you all work together on a case study.

After the first interview went well, I received the benefits information and a case study. The second interview was a group case study that we all worked on together. They mentioned offers would be sent within two business days, but unfortunately, I was rejected. I'm really frustrated because I was so excited and it got my hopes up.
