The hiring process includes several stages, which might seem a bit much at first, but they let you connect with different people and teams, giving you a good vibe of the company culture and lots of chances to ask your own questions! They kept me in the loop really well, always letting me know what was coming next, super quick. All the people I met were nice, polite, and just great to talk to. First, I had a chat with the internal recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager. After that, there was a role-specific task and presentation, followed by a final chat about culture fit with the executive team.
It started with a screening call with the talent acquisition manager. Then, there was a call with the Senior Manager. After that, I did a virtual presentation and task exercise. Next, I had a call with the Global VP. Finally, there was a culture check call with the CFO/COO. It was a really smooth interview experience overall! Josh, the talent acquisition manager, was super quick to share feedback after each stage and also sent tons of helpful prep materials before the interviews.
I had 3 interviews, the last one was a code challenge where I had to show my approach and how I would handle runtime errors, rather than submitting it.
