The hiring process took quite a while, around four to six months from the beginning to the end. There were two main interview stages. The background checks and getting approvals can really drag things out. They might be slow to respond sometimes, but the people on the team are really trying their best and are nice to talk to.
It started with a chat with HR over the phone, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a panel interview that included the hiring manager, HR, and three Senior Vice Presidents. The whole thing was pretty chill and not too formal.
