First we had a face-to-face chat, then a written test. They took our passports and worked with agencies. After that, there was a medical check and the visa process. The visa itself was free, but we had to pay for the medical.
It started with an initial review with three lawyers, two of whom did the talking. Then, a second interview happened with one lawyer who was also part of the first chat. Both chats were on Skype, and all the lawyers were based in Abu Dhabi.
The interview process included 3 interviews and 1 case study. The interviews were for a Get to Know session, a technical interview, and with the CFO. The CFO interview was the most challenging, requiring deep knowledge of investor relations working dynamics. The case study was hard, but with a few days to prepare, it was manageable.
