It was a single round, a direct meeting with the hiring manager and some team members. They made a decision right there and gave a generous offer quickly. It seemed like a good team, but I declined because I decided to stay with my current role.
The interviewers were nice and on time. The questions were straightforward and not too difficult. They seemed most interested in checking my understanding of the overall design process, which was pretty neat.
The hiring manager kept cancelling our Skype interviews right when they were supposed to start, like, multiple times. It felt really unprofessional and disorganized. They acted like I should be grateful they were even considering me.
