Candidate-reported interview process

First a recruiter from HR will ask some initial questions. Then there will be multiple interviews over a few weeks. The first interview is with project leads/architects and the second interview is with associates. After that, there are several discussions with HR about salary.

They asked to present my portfolio and then asked questions based on it. Also asked to summarize resume. Depending on the role, candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment or design exercise to demonstrate their proficiency in specific software, technical knowledge, or problem-solving abilities.

Communication wasn't great. They mostly focused on Revit skills, ignoring my portfolio and experience. It felt like the firm's public image didn't match what it's really like inside.
