I had an interview with the team lead and department head. First, there was an introduction, in person, then we went through the resume. After that, technical skills were asked about. The whole thing was very nice and human, which is why I chose adesso.
Several interviews over multiple days. The first was just with HR, then I spoke with the lead of the team I'd be working on, and only on the third day did they ask about programming knowledge.
So the interview started with the interviewers introducing themselves briefly, and then I gave my own introduction. After that, they asked me about my resume, my past projects, and my technical skills, focusing especially on my experience with Java and web development.
