It was a pleasant interview process with a recruiter call, a video call, and a final in-person meeting. They explained everything about how the company works. Salary discussions were brought up, but some details only became clear when the contract was presented.

There were three interviews in total. First, an introductory chat, then a technical discussion, and finally a meeting with senior management. The whole process was quite relaxed, and it was possible to answer questions based on your experience without extensive preparation.

The interviews were split into two rounds. First, an initial meeting with my manager, and second, a meeting with the department head. The first interview was a typical get-to-know-you. In the second interview, I also had to present an anonymized project that I had worked on. I prepared a short PowerPoint for this and presented it. Shortly after, I received the contract offer.
