A recruiter called me first to chat about the role and give me the details. She mentioned the starting pay, which seemed okay to me. She then scheduled me for a more formal interview. A couple days after that initial call, the recruiter contacted me again. She admitted she had given me the wrong salary info initially, and that the actual salary was now $5k less. She asked if I was still interested. I was, but it really wasn't a good way to start the interview process. I ended up turning down the formal interview.
The whole process was pretty good. Started with a recruiter chat, then a skills test, and finally a chat with the manager. Everyone was really nice, which was cool.
So I applied online, and then I had to do this online personality and IQ test. Then there was a video interview, which also had another IQ test. It was pretty easy. After that, I had an HR interview at Aderant. They told me to wait for the next interview, but I never heard back.
